The whole world has never watched anything: the largest simultaneous live audience ever recorded is fifty-nine million, seven tenths of one per cent of humanity. Two point two billion people are still offline. The Word has not gone to every tongue — 807 languages have a full Bible and 3,224 have nothing. European law does not do what people say: the wallet regulation states in binding text that use shall be voluntary and access shall not be restricted for declining, and across all eleven implementing regulations there is no binding of the credential to a payment instrument at all. One regulation cited on every list of that package registers a Turkish geographical indication for pistachio coffee.
In plain words
The checks that failed, printed first: no audience has ever been the whole world (the largest simultaneous live audience on record is fifty-nine million), 2.2 billion people are still offline, 3,224 languages have no Bible at all, and European law makes the digital wallet voluntary and never ties it to payment. The letter prints them first because the failures are how you know the rest was checked.
